What is a bulk WhatsApp sender, and why does it need templates?
A bulk WhatsApp sender sends one message to many customers at once. On the official WhatsApp Business Platform that's a broadcast, and because most people on your list haven't messaged you in the last 24 hours, it goes out as a template Meta has approved.
WhatsApp only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of a customer's last message. A template is a message you write in advance and submit to Meta under a category (Marketing, Utility or Authentication), and once it's approved you can use it in your campaigns.
That's why every QezoraChat campaign starts in the template studio rather than in a chat window.
How does QezoraChat run a WhatsApp broadcast campaign?
You create or sync a template, choose who gets it and send it now or on a schedule. Delivery numbers update as they come in, and every reply comes back to the shared inbox.
The template studio covers five formats (Text, Image, PDF, Video and Button) across the Marketing, Utility and Authentication categories, and shows where each template is in Meta's approval. Templates you've already made in Meta sync into QezoraChat in one click.
Audiences come from what's already in Qezora: your leads, your contacts or a custom list. Campaigns can be scheduled, paused and filtered. When a customer replies, the reply lands in the same shared inbox your team already works in, so a campaign turns straight into conversations.
What types of WhatsApp templates can I use in a broadcast?
Five formats, Text, Image, PDF, Video and Button, under Meta's three categories: Marketing, Utility and Authentication. How to create each one, get it approved and know when you need one is covered on the WhatsApp template messages page.
Is sending bulk WhatsApp messages allowed, and will my number get banned?
QezoraChat sends broadcasts through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, the route Meta provides for business messaging at scale, using templates Meta has approved. Qezora helps you connect and verify your number. No tool can promise that a number will never be restricted, though.
The plain advice is to message people who expect to hear from you, like your own leads and customers, and to keep each campaign relevant to them. Their replies come back to your shared inbox, where your team can answer them.
What do sent, delivered and read mean?
They're the three stages of each message, and QezoraChat shows all three for every campaign, live, as they come in.
- Sent: the message has gone out from your number.
- Delivered: it has reached the customer's phone.
- Read: WhatsApp has reported it as opened.
What happens after you hit send?
Replies land in QezoraChat's shared inbox, where your team already works, and every new chat creates a lead in QezoraCrm with its source.
QezoraChat's AI sales agent answers in the same inbox, quoting from your catalogue and handing chats to your team when a customer asks for a person, and auto-assign spreads new and waiting chats across the team, so replies to a big campaign don't sit unanswered.
